Elvine works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal demand.

After an order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent by email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Elvine is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, one should first check with neighbors, household members, or the carrier. If additional help is needed, please contact our support team.
